Children of Production is an innovative derivative of Parliament/Funkadelic homegrown from the "dna of hip-hop-funk. This musical compound sneakin' out from the labs of Dr. Funkenstein hale from all over the U.S. and from various strong and diverse musical backgrounds. C. O. P. has cultivated a sound that blends many musical genres much like the undiluted fusion of funk. At a C.O.P. show, the audience will experience thru a foundation of hip-hop (always at least a taste of) jazz, blues, rock, gospel, classical, world and funk. C.O.P. can also be found supplying the musical backbone for Divadelick, headed up by Sativa Diva and Kendra Foster, a group with similar dimensions.

Children of Production was born out of the countless late night recording sessions simulated in hotel rooms while (now) its members were touring the world with Parliament/Funkadelic. C.O.P. are musical revolutionaries dedicated to producing quality music--whether profound or commercial--that relates to all mankind (in some way or another), attempting to increasingly make a difference even if as small as the listener's mood .
