MISTAH MAJAH - NATTY A WE BEAUTY
Born into Reggae music straight out of Kingston Jamaica live uptown in Kingston 8 area known as White Hall Ave. MISTAH-MAJAH-P went to Swallowfield All Age, and then went on to Kingston Secondary and then on to Excelsior High where he observed the King Yellow Man performing at the Tastee Talent Contest. That was when he realized music was his destiny. He started to chant on local sound systems in the area king challenger with the likes of Papa Lloyd, Daddy Freddie, and occasionally Beenie Man, Red Dragon Lizard, Risto Benji, Pinchers, and Sanchez to name a few.
MISTAH-MAJAH-P then Migrated to Toronto, Canada in 1982 and started a new sound in Reggae called Dancehall Roots which earned him ten nominations in the Canadian Reggae Music Awards show 10 years in a row-which he won on four occasions including Entertainer of the Year. MISTAH-MAJAH-P is not just a DJ, but a well rounded entertainer. He sings, he dances, he chants, he is also an actor, a very humble Rasta man and a very polite person. He is very entertaining on stage-full of energy. Everywhere he goes, he is loved, he is very easy to work with, very flexible. He is also a comic, he will make you laugh, and he has performed all the USA as well as Canada, Jamaica and England.
