Liz Pisco’s debut album entitled Gravity is a shining example of what Counting Crows vocal coach, Raz Kennedy referred to as "honest and authentic songwriting combining compelling lyrics and haunting melodic vocals reminiscent of San Francisco rock of the 60’s."

Lyle Brooks of Chameleon Music describes Gravity as having "the edge of rock combined with the intimacy of folk music offering a landscape to rise and fall along with the emotional truths of characters in her songs. Liz Pisco’s music allows us moments of reprieve within which to delve and discover; each song an individual tale with its own lifetime. Pisco has accrued a great vocabulary of human experience in her travels from Long Island to San Francisco."

Liz has toured from coast to coast and performed at such prestigious venues as San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall, Sausalito’s historic SweetWater Saloon, the Knitting Factory in Los Angeles and CBGB’s Gallery in New York City. In San Diego she has appeared twice on morning news program KUSI with a viewing audience of 70,000. Liz regularly contributes her music and time to benefits such as Hands of S.F., Habitat for Humanity, Planned Parenthood and Wine, Women and Song. She was asked to represent the local music scene for National Public Radio (NPR 88.5) and has performed numerous times on local radio station KUSF (90.3). Her music has been heard with considerable praise on west coast stations KALX (90.7) and Olympia Washington’s KAOS.

KFOG morning show DJ Renee Richardson says, "Gravity is a cd you play over and over again and get something new out of it each time. Liz Pisco’s soulful voice and spirited harmonies play like a soundtrack to life’s twist and turns; eloquent folk-rock full of wisdom and depth."
