IDCBooking is pleased to announce booking services to both IDC artists and other select independent artists and DJs.

As every artist knows, tour bookings are an integral component of artist development; IDCBooking provides focused tour date bookings to optimize the artist's presence in various regional markets.

BOOKING SERVICES INCLUDE:

1. Consult with artist, label or management to plan the routing of the tour, appropriate venue size and potential artist collaborations.
2. Solicit appropriate promoters and venues.
3. Negotiate and Contract the Live Performance.
4. Deliver fully executed contract to the artist or management.

ARTIST EXPECTATIONS:

1. Album readily available in the market.
2. Active Media Campaign in the market to include radio, press and web.
3. EPK and physical press packages must be provided by the artist.
4. Provide tour history.

TIME FRAME:

IDCBooking strives for optimal results from all tour bookings and requires appropriate lead-time. Effective tours and live show performances are built around a 6 to 8 week campaign to clubs and venues. IDCBooking predicts approximately 30 days for all negotiations and administrative duties to contract the tour once an artist or label enrolls with IDCBooking. Allow 8 weeks lead time before commencement of tour once enrolled and promo materials received.

RATES:

IDCBooking works with all new clients on a contract basis. As the Agent/Artist relationship is intimate and dynamic, and often varied, IDCB offers artists an initial fee-based 5 or 10 date tour booking package. After the first tour, IDCB will review the progress and consider building the relationship and developing individual markets together for a fixed commission.

1. 5 date tour booking: $500 or
2. 10 date tour booking: $1,000
3. All services require payment in full, in advance.

IDCBooking works with clients to take a tour from conception to execution with a conscientious positive attitude. Inhouse Talent also provides tour pre-production, advancing and tour management services. Rate sheets are available upon request.
